At Index Exchange, I took the initiative to strengthen the visual identity of video across the brand through a series of systems-driven creative improvements. This included redesigning and animating lower thirds, establishing framing and lighting standards for interviews, creating vertical templates that brought cohesion to employee-shot footage, and building AI-assisted workflows for dynamic branded captions.

What I love most about this work is finding opportunities to build repeatable creative systems that make content faster to produce while raising the overall level of craft.
